Better thinking is indeed more important than your health

A friend of mine is in really bad health. He planned to visit another country for consulting a doctor, talked about it for two months and actually traveled with his family in bad health. Guess what happened? While he was there, he did not feel like going to the doctor because he thought it would not make any difference.

He enjoyed his stay for few days and came back. His condition is getting worse.

Emotions took over. Red hat dominated. Logic just followed emotions.

Edward de Bono has said somewhere that better thinking skills are more important than concern for your health. You can take better care of yourself when you think better.

Time to review some thinking tools.
